Highlights with the Paddle

There is no way to qualify how exceptional the area is for kayak tours. It is just perfect for everyone that loves scenic nature and children rave about the experience. We took our two children and toured for about two hours.

The water was calm and it was easy to paddle, while enjoying the view. Light winds are best for paddling. This is a Good Place for Doing it on the Water in Captiva Island Florida!

This should be on everybody's to do list. Exceptional is the word of the day when you are cruising around in the shallow water. What's really need is when you can see critters swimming underneath. Don't go out on a windy day. I like Tarpon Bay Explorers as another option for a kayak rental. There are also some pretty good kayak launching spots in the area.

Fun is here on the list

The area focus: kayak pleasures, deck bars with beach or waterfront views, boating trips around Sanibel-Captiva, sunsets at the Mucky Duck (fries not chips please!).
